Hi, I’m Rayne Martin, Your Impact and Purpose Coach

At a very young age, I was interested in making the world a better place for everyone. At 12 I staged a boycott against worksheets because they were not teaching my friends. In high school, I demanded school officials provide my classmates with the college entrance exam and I stood with my black friends when they spoke out against the fact that our school had a ‘black’ and ‘white’ beauty pageant. I had a vision for a world that was equitable and diverse, and I have never been afraid to fight for it.

Now, I am the founder and chief leadership coach of It’s the Impact, a leadership firm supporting leaders and changemakers who are looking to build up the world with lasting impact.

During my 25 years of executive experience, I held many titles and directly led organizations with hundreds of employees and million dollars of services. I led an award-winning coalition to reshape statewide education legislation designed to ensure that all children, regardless of race, received a high-quality education. I created and scaled an innovative effort dedicated to ending inhuman housing relocation processes. I brought vital services back to a neighborhood that had been neglected for 20 years and I rebuilt the first-of-its-kind school district after a natural disaster.

Now, I use my experience and unique strengths to help leaders dig deeper into their purpose and vision, fine-tune their strategies, overcome mindset blocks, and build the pathway to success in their big audacious dreams to see a better world for everyone.

This is my purpose. 

Over the past 5 years, I’ve assisted hundreds of leaders successfully imagine and achieve better futures for themselves, their organizations, and their communities. My clients have started nonprofit organizations, raised significant funds, successfully challenge the status quo, made significant career alignments in support of their purpose, and more.

I could not be prouder to see my work impacting so many people from so many different walks of life. My belief in equity and diversity runs deep. As someone who doesn’t just talk the talk, I intentionally keep my client base diverse, diverse in gender, race, age, and income.
